White Sand sits just off pure white — there's warmth in it, a slight sandy undertone that keeps it from reading as stark. In the Dreamscape construction, with metallic thread woven through, it takes on a luminous quality that plain off-whites don't have. In natural light, the surface glows softly. Under lamplight, it reads warmer, richer. It's the kind of fabric that makes a room feel like more light is coming in than there actually is.

If your walls are bright or stark white, there's a risk of the curtain feeling low-contrast. White Sand works best against warm whites, cream, or off-white walls rather than clinical bright whites. The shimmer in the fabric creates enough surface differentiation that it doesn't fully merge with a wall — but on very bright white walls, consider a slightly bolder Dreamscape colorway like Oatmeal or Gold to create visible separation.

Less than you'd expect. The Easy Clean finish means everyday marks bead on the surface before absorbing. The sandy undertone in the fabric also means light marks — dust, occasional touches — are less visible than they would be on a pure bright white fabric. It's not self-cleaning, but it's genuinely low-maintenance for a light colorway.

Polyester Filament has strong inherent UV resistance compared to natural fibres. It will outlast cotton or linen in the same east-facing position. That said, prolonged direct UV exposure will eventually shift any colored or light fabric. A UV-filtering sheer layer or window film will significantly extend the life of White Sand without blocking the morning light.

At 203 GSM in a light color, White Sand provides partial privacy. With strong interior lighting behind the curtain, silhouettes will be visible from outside. For full night privacy, pair with a blackout lining or a separate blackout blind. As a day curtain filtering light and providing moderate privacy, it works very well on its own.

A 230 cm drop will show approximately 4 full vertical repeats (4 × 46.8 = 187.2 cm), with the remainder at the hem. The exact start point of the repeat at the top is managed in production. You won't see a half-repeat awkwardly cut at an obvious position — that's handled as part of the custom-making process.
