Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Each order is precision-made, so production typically takes 3–4 weeks before shipping. We deliver through trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx, with transit times of about 4–6 business days depending on your location. All orders include free shipping. Please note that customized items are non-refundable; if a package is refused, return shipping costs will apply. Any unpaid or unclaimed packages are held for 30 days before being forfeited.
