Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty

Product Warranty (2-Year Limited Warranty)

ZIPCushions is pleased to offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship, covering all customized cushions that are in use from the date of delivery. Each ZIPCushion product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or construction.

Products purchased at close-out OR clearance sale, or purchased via other websites or platforms, are not covered under the 2-Year limited warranty.

Products manufactured by other brands and sold on our website are not subject to ZIPCushions warranties. These products are covered under their respective manufacturers' warranties. For more information, please visit the respective product/manufacturer page.

The 2-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship covers zippers, stitches, and other components against any manufacturing defect not related to the everyday use of our products. Accidental damage, intentional damage, or any issues arising from reasons other than manufacturing defects are not covered under this warranty.

Fabric Warranty :  

Absolutely no warranties on fabrics for any reason except on Sunbrella® and Agora®. 

  • Sunbrella® fabrics are covered under a 5 year limited warranty by Sunbrella®.
  • Agora® fabrics are covered under a 5 year limited warranty by Agora®.

Foam/Fiber Warranty

No warranties on foam and fiber. We use high density foam and fiber products but do not receive any warranties from our suppliers. So unfortunately, we cannot pass any warranties on those to you.

What is covered under warranty?

  • Defects in zippers, stitches
  • Defects during manufacturing
  • Sun Damage on performance fabrics only by Subrella® and Agora®

What is not covered?

  • Damage caused by sharp objects during unpacking
  • Mold or mildew damage
  • Wear and tear such as pet scratches and staining
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Color mismatch or discoloration

How to make a claim?
