Product Warranty (2-Year Limited Warranty)

ZIPCushions is pleased to offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship, covering all customized cushions that are in use from the date of delivery. Each piece of ZIPCushion shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or construction.

Products purchased at close-out OR clearance sale, or purchased via other websites or platforms are not covered under the 2-Year limited warranty.

Products manufactured by other brands and sold on our website are not subject to our ZIPCushions warranties, but their limited warranty is covered under respective manufacturers' warranties, for more information please visit the respective product/manufacturer page.

The 2-Year Limited Warranty on workmanship offers coverage for zippers, stitches, and other components against any manufacturing defect not related to the everyday use of our products. Accidental, intentional, or any issues arising for reasons other than previously listed are not covered under our 2-year limited warranty.

Fabric Warranty :  

  • Absolutely no warranties on fabrics for any reason except on Sunbrella® and Agora®. 
  • Sunbrella® fabrics are covered under a 5 years limited warranty by Sunbrella®.
  • Agora® fabrics are covered under a 5 years limited warranty by Agora®.

Foam/Fiber Warranty

We use high density foam and fiber products but we do not get any warranties from our suppliers so unfortunately we cannot pass any warranties on those to you. No warranties on foam and fiber. 

What is covered under warranty?

  • Defects in Zippers, stitches
  • Defects during manufacturing
  • Sun Damage on performance fabrics only by Subrella® and Agora®

What is not covered?

  • Damage during unpacking due to use of sharp objects
  • Mold /mildew damage
  • Physical damage due to wear and tear like pet scratches and staining.
  • Accidental/intentional damage.
  • Color mismatch/discoloration

How to make a claim?
