Firstly, after much web research, I found ZIPCushions' website to be the clearest and most user-friendly. Their website was easiest for me to navigate and to create a worry-free order.
ZIPCushions has a wide range of quality fabrics from which to choose. And, I found the fabric swatches displayed carefully enough so that I could see the individual fabric texture and color accurately.
I had a question before placing my order, so I called the Customer Service number provided at the top of the website page. My morning call was answered immediately by a lovely lady who listened carefully and helped me quickly fix my user-error so that I could place my order.
I ordered one customized bench cushion with zipper and double-sided piping/welting.
-The cushion dimensions arrived exactly as requested.
-The zipper was installed perfectly. Sewn with zero bunching of fabric, the long zipper lays perfectly smooth, straight and flat.
-The piping/welting was sewn with similar perfection, and is attached to the main body of the cushion with absolute precision - evenly, and with exacting proportions to match and blend with the main body of the cushion.
-The color and texture of the fabric is exactly as depicted on the website.
-I was astounded when my custom order arrived within 7 days from placing the order. And, the cushion was packaged with great thought and care to insure there would be no possibility of damage in shipping.
Based upon my beyond outstanding experience with my first order, I will use ZIPCushions exclusively for all my future needs with new cushions and pillows.
