Shipping & Returns

Please allow us 3 -4 weeks of order processing/making time.

We ship using DHL/Fedex which takes from 4-6 days depending on the zipcode. 

 

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours, but after that, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.
  • Please double-check your measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Note that a tolerance of +/- 1 inch is allowed for each side.
  • Note that fabric colors may appear differently on your screen; we recommend ordering samples before making your final choice.
  • Since cushions are shipped in compressed form, allow 72 hours for them to return to their shape. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days. We’ll gladly replace any defective item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for personalized items that are refused, and return shipping fees will apply.
  • Unpaid packages will be held for 30 days before being forfeited.

    ZIPCushions is a USA company. While we do ship products across the globe, any shipment which goes to any other countries than USA, may attract custom duties and that is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay and release the shipment. ZIPCushions cannot be held liable for any import duties which may be levied upon to customers by their local government.
