Shipping & Returns

 

Order Processing and Delivery

  • Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for order processing and production.

  • We ship using DHL and FedEx, with delivery times ranging from 4-6 days, depending on your location.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are not possible after this period.

Points to Note

  • Double-check your measurements to ensure a perfect fit. A tolerance of +/- 1 inch is allowed for each side.

  • Fabric colors may appear differently on your screen; we recommend ordering fabric samples before making your final choice.

  • Since cushions are shipped in compressed form, allow 72 hours after opening for them to return to their shape. 

  • If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days. We’ll gladly replace any defective item.

    Returns and Refunds

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • No refunds will be issued for personalized items that are refused, and return shipping fees will apply in such cases.

    • Unpaid packages will be held for 30 days before being forfeited.

While we do ship globally, any shipment that goes to any country other than the USA may attract customs duties, and that is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay and release the shipment.
